Therefore, our Prophet ﷺ said to give.

Do not let them leave empty handed. Give, even if it is only a piece of candy, a date, whatever it is, give.

Generosity is the part of the good characteristics of our Prophet.

People are used to being stingy.

He ﷺ said, “Stinginess is kneaded into the nafs.”

To get rid of stinginess, give, even if it is a little thing, says the Prophet.

Charity extends life; it is shifa’ [healing], [and] prevents one from bad accidents. There is much wisdom in charity.”
