To Fast is the biggest wisdom which ALLAH has ordered His servants from beginning until now.

Fast and you will find health both PHYSICALLY and SPIRITUALLY! Someone who does NOT, will be SICK, both Physically and Spiritually.

It is a command from heavens. It benefits mankind.

Sometimes an illness comes and the Doctor will order those people not to eat and drink for several days. If people die without having fasted, they will be hungry and thirsty.

Try to understand the Holy Commands in ISLAM. Try to understand the fasting in Islam and do not accuse Islam in a foolish way.

Whoever accuses it, does NOT know anything about it. WHEN YOU ARE DISCIPLINED, YOU WILL FIND PEACE WITHIN YOURSELF.
